First up on the agenda is communication! Not only does 2013 see the official launch of our Twitter feed and Facebook page, but we are keeping ahead of the curve by introducing ‘Live Chat’ functionality to our website!
Live chat is an instant messaging application that gives our website visitors the opportunity to be assisted by one of our team members in real time, via text communication within a ‘chat window’. This way, visitors who may have a very simple query can chat to one of our dedicated team members to obtain information quickly and efficiently.
